CalledOut Music – Biography

Samuel Nwachukwu, known as CalledOut Music, is a British-Nigerian gospel artist, songwriter, and producer whose music blends gospel, soul, Afrobeats, and contemporary sounds to inspire faith and purpose.

Born in Nigeria on April 18, 1995, and raised in Hampshire, England, his musical journey began at age 7 with a keyboard from his father. By his early teens, he was leading worship and directing music in UK churches, laying the foundation for his future ministry.

In 2016, CalledOut launched his solo career with the breakout single “Working on Me,” released on his 21st birthday. He followed up with his debut EP The Collection in 2018 and gained wide attention with the 2019 hit “Love Around,” which earned him the Premier Gospel Award for Best Video.

A pivotal moment came in 2020, when he won the MOBO Award for Best Gospel Act, solidifying his place in the UK gospel scene.

In 2022, he released his third studio album, My Beautiful Reality, featuring acclaimed collaborations with Guvna B, Samm Henshaw, and IMRSQD.

Apart from the music, Samuel aims to encourage people to walk boldly in their faith and divine purpose through his podcast ‘Triibe Podcast’.
